FOX HILL: A NEW ATTAINABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Homestead Development Corporation is excited to share our vision for Fox Hill, an upcoming project in Lake Placid that will bring 23 thoughtfully crafted homes to essential workers and valued community members. 

Fox Hill will offer a mix of housing options, including 7 two-bedroom ranch-style homes, 10 two-bedroom cape-style homes, and 6 cape-style homes with finished attics. Designed to blend harmoniously with Lake Placid’s existing neighborhoods, a new town road, accessible from Algonquin Drive, will lead to these homes.

We see Fox Hill as a future cornerstone of community sustainability, enhancing middle-class diversity while preserving affordability through deed restrictions. This ensures that homes remain within reach for generations to come, supporting the local school district by providing stable housing for both students and staff.
